KasperWomen's Tie Neck Blouse

One of my favorite tops to wear with a suit. Fits as expected, not see through, easy care- I don’t even iron it, just let it dry on a hanger, looks elegant and goes with many outfits

Kasper is a nice brand. Their products are lovely. Not all blouses fit exactly as expected, but the fit of this blouse was perfect. It looks beautiful with a black skirt and a Kasper jacket.
