Rowiz 4 x Off Road Wheels 12MM Hex Tires Crossing Tyre for RC 1 10 Cars Black

These tires have insane traction. I added them to my 1/16 slash 4x4. They are a bit larger then stock but require no body modification. If you are on stock electronics, turning will require extreme finesse with these tires installed on the slash platform as they bite so hard they will flip it easily. If you have after market radio you could easily tone down the handling and correct this so I wont mark the tires negatively for this issue. I have bashed HARD on these tires and wheels, includng jumping and speed on asphalt and primarily light gravel covered asphalt and wear has been negligible as photo shows. These tires will perform exceptionally for anyone who is looking for forward bite after off acceleration cornering. Can only share my experience with my platform, but id imagine these would be a lot of fun on a buggy with 4 wheel drive, softer suspension and some weight 😁.

I use these on a 1/16 brushed traxxas mini slash and they work better than anticipated. However, I don’t think they can handle a brushless system very well as I found small cracks in both rear wheels outer rim and think the extra power of a brushless system would do more damage? A little tire glue patched it up. I ended up buying a second set as traction in the dirt is better than stock but lifespan is a little shorter. For the price, I’ve found them a good buy but would like a stronger wheel. Please note that I use them regularly on a small dirt track in the backyard that has some rocks.
