C.R. Gibson Grandma's Brag Book, by Jill McDonald, 10 Sheets/20 Pages, Measures 4.5" x 7" - Little Love

It is small but the grandma I bought it for loved it. We had a grandma shower for a wonderful lady and she was extremely pleased with this and intends on using it A LOT. It is small enough to put in your bag or purse and extremely cute!

I purchased this photo album as part of a gift basket for a first time grandmother to be, to be presented at my baby shower. It is a lovely little photo album that holds quite a few photos for it's size. Grandmother to be loved the album and once the baby arrived she filled it with photos and took it to work.

My only complaint is that I wish it had more pages. But other the. That this is such a cute album. It's good quality durable pages. The plastic is thick and not flimsy at all. I really liked it and my mother loved it. We gave it to her from my daughter as a Mother's Day gift. It's super cute but I expected it to be since its carters brand.

Exactly as it was advertised. Ordered prior to birth of 6th and last grandchild. The purpose of album is to document events and stages of child. Have done one for each grandchild and some day, they can have these. This particular book is high quality and attractive.

Makes a great gift (my mother loved it) without breaking the bank! I think it cost more to print the pictures than it did for the album :) Really cute and sturdy. Plan on buying another for my MIL.

Looks cheap

I'm very disappointed in this item. I wanted a brag book to give to my mom for pictures of my kids. I looked at a bunch of them and all of them hold 20 pictures. The description for this one said it holds 40 pictues and that is the reason I bought this one. When it came, I found that is only holds 20 pictures. I am giving it as a gift tomorrow otherwise I would send it back. VERY DISAPPOINTED!

This is a nice, average "Grandma's brag book". I specifically wanted one with the word grandma on it. The item looks exactly as pictured (even the "Grandma's Brag Book" applique is a little crooked, as seen in the photo). I didn't mind the crooked applique that much, but what did bother me was that the item description says that it holds 40 photos (20 double-sided pages). This is entirely incorrect. The book came with 10 double-sided pages, therefore holding only 20 photos. Since this was the main reason I chose this book over others, I was pretty disappointed. Also, just to note, the photos slide into the open edge of the page (not top or bottom). I think I would have preferred they slide in from the binding's edge so that they won't accidentally slide out when carrying the book. Yes, it would make it more difficult to get the photos in, but once they are in there, they will stay. 3 stars for being a decent book with some flaws (crooked applique, wrong number of pages).

A bit larger than expected, especially since I planned on always carrying it in my handbag. And too expensive compared to ones I found at the Card shops. However, the book itself is VERY sweet and holds photos carefully.

This is to be a gift for our daughter for her first grandchild and was exactly what we hoped for. It is a very smart book big enough to hold many photos (you will find when your turn comes that they mount up VERY quickly) but of a size that will sit comfortably on the little table by the sofa, easily accessible for "Granny" to have a little brag with.
