Garden Hose 50ft- Expandable Water Hose Garden Hose with 9 Function Spray Nozzle, Triple Latex Core, 3/4 Solid Brass Expanding Water Hose with Storage Bags & Hanger-No Leak (Black)

Bought 2 of these for a cattle washroom in an FFA project barn. The connections are not typical stamped brass like in the stores so they are smooth and seal right and are solid enough to not collapse or get damaged if stepped on. The hose itself is so flexible it can be rolled up one handed. I joke that the kids ought to be able to roll them up around a coke can one handed, and that's not far off. They are light but very durable, easy to handle no matter the temperature and I expect will last a long time unlike the most expensive of hoses that have been bought from local home and garden stores which are nearly impossible to handle, especially in the cold weather. I'm buying more including for personal use. I'd expect to pay double or more and still feel they are well worth it.

Hoses are one of those boring things you buy because you need it, then forget about except when you need it. But this hose is one of those boring things you notice because it is so much better than the other ones you’ve used in the past. It’s nice and heavy, it hasn’t cracked in the year since I bought it, and it remains completely flexible. That’s in spite of leaving the hose out in the sun, day after day. Good job, Parker, you guys can go home every night knowing you make something that takes a little bit of the hassle out of life for everyone.

I bought 25, 50, and 75ft Parker Premium garden hoses recently from Amazon. Those lengths were for a specific project area. I bought a different, well-recommended, hose through Amazon last year. While those were OK, these Parker hoses are WONDERFUL! I love them so far. They are supple, but sturdy. The end connections, a weak point in so many of my other hoses, look as though they will stand the test of time. Since I've only had these Parker hoses for a couple of weeks, I can't yet speak to durability, but initial indications are that they will last well. I will update my review after a season, but right now I am really happy to have found this brand. They are currently at the very top of my preferred hose list... and though I hadn't planned to add any more hoses this year, I may be purchasing another one or two to replace older leaking hoses that I've been living with....

I just got this item , the proof will be use over time . It seems solid and well made . It has a nice and easy range of spraying action . It is reasonable at the price point . It came fast , no hassle delivery as usual for amazon dealers . I got soo tired of these life time plastic nozzles that gives you about a two month life span of use . The last " Life Time " nozzle I lightly bumped the spray adjustment knob against the ladder I was using and it took off for outer space like a moon rocket . It is probably where it needs to be circling the earth with the rest of the space junk .This brass nozzle is not a new space aged modern tool , in fact Fred Flintstone probably used one of these to rinse off his pet Dinosaur . Its tried and true and basic and I think we would all be better off if we stayed with all these old fangled items that we know will work and work well . Just to add my 2 cents . I recently went back to a perk type coffee maker and it is 10 times smother , much richer and certainly hotter then these new drip machines . Sometimes running with the herd will drive you over a cliff . We all need to get back to what we know works .

Considering what I was using before to water the garden and pots - a large industrial strength hose - this is the best thing to come my way in a long time. My first time using/owning an expandable hose. This one was new to Amazon yet, I'm not sure which one is the 'best' but I'm loving this after 1 week. My one criticism is the nozzle it comes with. It's all made out of plastic and leaks like crazy. I always use a stainless steel nozzle. I use my own nozzle and there is NO leaking. I'm completely happy with this hose.7/10/18 - still going strong with this hose - I use it nightly - but after I noticed it leaking from the actual spout, I just threw in one of the plastic washers that come with it (they send 3!) and seriously, there's not one leak. AT ALL. And again, you'll want a stainless steel nozzle - not the garbage one they include. But I've had no issues whatsoever with the actual hose.

Hose is convenient before the hose breaks from water pressure after 13 months most of which were winter and the hose was in the garage. The ends are aluminum not brass are proven by the white corrsion on there and very light weight. I turned the water on today and it started start spraying out of the fabric. TThere is some sort of a plastic tube inside of the hose that came apart and now out $40.I expected a hose to last more than a few months. I hope the seller will make this right and I can improve the ratings.

I was hoping for a stout hose, but this is not it. The wall thickness is not that great and it appears non-symetrical. The biggest thing I noticed when I first got this hose is the stink from the hose. It's outgasing enough that I immediately moved it outside - I didn't even leave it laying in the garage. Reading the label it states that the hose contains lead, you should not drink out of it, and a variety of other warnings.My initial reaction is that I paid too much for this hose. It will work but it's not outstanding in any regard and if you are environmentally conscious you would be concerned about a strong rubber smell coming off the hose.

Like the hose, but it did not expand to even close to 50 foot. It is actually only about a 12 foot hose, which it said it would expand to 3 times its actual length, which that should be only 36 foot. I had a hard time even trying to stretch it to 30. Very disappointed!! Need another one just to make it 50.
