This is great for the money, especially if you're in a pinch and want all the essentials. The frying sheet is actually really impressive. It took my cook time way down from what I was using before, and made fries, chicken and everything else that you want to bake, but have a "fry" type crunch, very crunchy! I was impressed. I also just used one of the being pans to make a cobbler, and the sticky berries are basically sliding off. Freaking excellent and so easy to clean. DO NOTE!!!!! THAT YOU CAN ONLY HEAT THESE TO 446 DEGREES, SAFELY. So really, don't cook anything above 425. !!!! I would take this extremely seriously!!!! The coating that makes them nonstick is INSANE and I'll bet a million dollars that if you heat it above the max temp, that coating vaporizes and is more than likely extremely cancerous, hence the big label on the front of the box (that's to avoid lawsuits, friends). I bet it mentions it in the description, but I read a load of reviews and somehow didn't read that part.. so if you're like me. . This is a good value though you cannot heat above 446 degrees, so if you can afford something way more expensive, you definitely want to do that, for your health.. but if you're just trying to pull yourself up by your bootstraps, in America, it's a good value.. we're in a cancer-ridden wasteland anyways.

Great overall quality for the price. Bought this for my daughter for her college apartment and it's everything that college student would use. Great for any home kitchen.

So after a couple months of use, the cookie sheets have begun to warp. They also have weird stains and I have been super cautious not using metal on them and occasionally spraying w non stick to maintain them- they are pretty and match the pots i got but they will not last long i dont think

These definitely aren't heavy duty, at least not compared to grandma's pans that have stood up to double-duty for 50 plus years, cooking for immediate family, extended family, church and other charity functions, and are still going strong.One pan even arrived with a buckled edge. Though the box wasn't damaged, and the coating wasn't chipped, so it may have been a factory defect that slipped through. While each piece came individually wrapped in tiny-bubble bubble-wrap, the box is clearly designed for display on store shelves and not at all protective enough for shipping. If NutriChef is going to continue selling through amazon they NEED to package this product in a sturdier outer box themselves, as amazon wouldn't, they only gave the option of shipping to a different address, like everybody has a spare house these days. Like most, we don't. But we rarely need packaging to hide the contents, we need it to protect the product.We contacted NutriChef (aka Pyle USA). After a couple weeks of very slow and curiously inept email responses, we were beginning to think we were getting the runaround. But they did eventually come through with a replacement large cookie sheet. They even sent another small cookie sheet with it, as if an apology for all the trouble.Subjectively, I would not buy these again. Not just because they don't meet my idea of durable; I also find fault with aspects of the design, like the embossed name logo in the middle of each and every pan. Nobody wants the extra scrubbing for baked on grease getting stuck in unnecessary/unwanted crevaces, not to mention putting a dent or bur on the edge of your spatula should what you're baking stick, and being a weak point where the coating is more likely to start to chip, as others have reported. It's design choices like that that show where a company's priorities are. Self-promotion should always take a backseat to functionality. But, ultimately, I really don't believe this product was built to last. It should probably be viewed as a starter set at best, for someone who may hardly use them.

These baking pans and sheets are extremely well made. They are substantial and really easy to clean and use. I know baking pans and sheets are a thing where most of us say "I'll get around to replacing these relics that one day - I did for many years". Well if that is the scenario your in - don't wait! Do not hesitate to replace your old and bring in the new. I am so happy that I did and you will be as well !1

they look amazing, i just wish that the cake pans were a bit deeper.. excited to bake

Très bonne qualité pour un très bon prix. J'ai fait des ailes de poulets direct dans la tôle et quand est venu le moment de les retourner, rien etait collé, ni a la fin de la cuisson. Alors je recommande fortement!
