Great customer service and product
I ordered this for my DIY projects. I received the first order but the protection seal was completely broken. I sent the item back to the small business but they told me to not worry about it that he will send another in. Had I known that, I would of spared the time it took to take it to a postal office and pay for the shipping. It would have gone into the trash anyways. I was not chancing on using something with the protection seal was compromised. Which customer service was amazing, they refunded me the cost of the shipping and sent me a free replacement! It came within a few days. Speak to these people if you got an issue! They are wonderful in resolving the issue. Quality of product isn’t bad on products like body lotions. However there was burning when added to any facial moisturizers. So I will just stick to body products with this product. I’ve made several DIY products so far and what I can note is that the products are fully preserved with no mold. I can’t say for certain how many months it’ll preserve for but I’m sure it won’t disappoint. I will continue to buy in the future when I run out of my bottle.

Broken seal
The temper seal on the item was broken and shoved inside the bottle. There is no guarantee the item was safe to use or the correct oz was in it. Not happy with it. I need a resolution.

Opened bottle
Bottle was open. The top was pierced through and floating I side the bottle. This has been contaminated and you can't return this item.
