3/4" #9 x 24" x 48" Expanded Metal - Flattened, Great for Grills and Smokers

I ordered this mesh metal for my patio grill. It was ordered in a size approximately the size I needed. I cut the metal and it perfectly fit into my grill space using two pieces. The metal is sturdy and serves its purpose. I am glad Amazon had this metal available, as I could not find it at local welding shops.

Well and meets expectations but it has no frame and you will have to buy heat resistant handles. 4 to be exact. Sold as advertised

I was looking for a piece of screen for my screener. Not wanting to take time off of work to chase it down or paid a massive freight bill. I had been shopping on line hoping to find a locate vender. Value at $66 delivered was very doable! And made my project more doable as well! The size was 1/2” over sized both directions. Thickness was prefect for my project! Well packaged, no dents, bent edges, or surface rust. Cut out of the package material and started welding. Thank you!!!

Used to repair a porch swing. The metal is stronger than I really needed but price was good and better to be to strong than to flimsy. Only complaint is it is very sharp inside diamonds. Got cut during fabrication. So use caution when cleaning.

I had to replace the grate on my custom smoker so it was very hard to find the exact fit. No problem with this all you have to do is measure to size and use a cut off wheel to get it to your exact size.This is thick solid steel and is honestly better then what was on there to begin with. If you have a grinder or snip’s you can easily customize this. This was the best deal I could find and it shipped quickly. I think this will last much longer than my previous grate.I hope this helps someone make an informed decision.

This piece of expanded steel arrived on time, and with no damage. The steel was hardened, and was very sharp so wear gloves. I purchased the metal for my Santa Maria grill. I cut it, and seasoned the metal to perfection. Much stronger metal than I received originally with the grill. Also, I purchased a large enough piece to cut a second piece for my grill. I have also thought how perfect this metal would look as back drops to wood projects. Very happy.

I ordered this for ease and convenience.The price is higher than what I could get it at the local steel shop, but having it delivered to my door was a huge plus. It is very robust.Not flimsy at all.Used it to build an additional rack for RV batteries in my fifth wheel.Very happy.
