Very low quality sound and poor transmission range. I tried hooking this up to my tv in transmit mode and pairing with my headphones. I walked to the other end of the room some 20 feet away and the signal cut out completely. The same BT headphones paired with my phone will easily maintain a signal twice that distance away. The device needed to be turned off and back on to reconnect to my BT headphones even when I came back in range.. The sound quality was surprisingly bad as well. If I plugged the devide into the headphone jack on my phone and transmitted to my headphones the sound was much worse than connecting my headphones directly to my phone using BT. I suppose in some small space, this device might work as a low-low end solution. But I wasted an hour trying to get this product to work well and now I have to waste more time returning it. Positive reviews seem dubious to me. Try elsewhere..

Item works well within its very limited range. It seems the limit is about 10 - 12' and then becomes very spotty. The sound quality is very good and there are no static sounds even at very low signal input.

Unbelievably poor product. Every single port on this thing is flimsy, and I mean flimsy. Any cable that goes in has almost no friction, if the cables arent in the exact right position it is coded to drop the signal and give up, making you start a tedious signal search each time. the signal is also horrible, alot of hiss and fuzz. This thing is a scam, don't buy it.

Wow , completely blindsided by the way this device underperformed in every way. The instructions were erroneous, I had to search similar product websites to learn how to pair it. There is no tech support phone number in the instruction book. The unit lost its connection every five minutes regardless how full the battery was. More value in the silver and platinum inside the circuit board then the cost of the unit. Ready for the landfill.

Wouldn't work to allow my tv to transmit through my bluetooth speaker (so I can hear the tv over my treadmill when working out). Would not recommend, and the company will not allow me to return. Very disappointed.
