Awesome product! They arrived quickly & without any scratches. Sublimation was a breeze the box gives you the press instructions. 360 degrees F for 30sec. My mugs turned out great & will be perfect to add to my shop. My only complaint would be that they are smaller than I expected but I also didn’t look at the measurements beforehand. All in all 10/10 will definitely be purchasing again in the future.

I honestly thought it was my printer that was not working. I tried 3 out of the 4 mugs and they did not sublimate very well. The images were super faded. I tried a different mug and there was absolutely nothing wrong with my printer. I just want my money back at this point. The mugs were a perfect size but very disappointed that they did not sublimate.

These are very small. I obviously knew they wouldn’t be as big as my usual 15 oz mugs, but they are smaller than I expected. I did get them to sublimate, but it took a lot longer than the directions on the box and then I had to finish them with my heat gun, and they still aren’t as good as I would like. I was hoping I would really like these so I could offer them to my customers, but I’m not sure they were worth the work. I also noticed spots on each mug where it didn’t look like the enamel was even, so I’m hoping they don’t start chipping away with use. I’d like to think I just got a bad batch, but I’m not sure I’m willing to spend more money on them to find out.

Love the weight and finish of this mug, but it is definitely NOT 12 oz. It holds 11 ounces if filled to the VERY brim, which is not practical or safe for hot beverages. It's really a 9-10 oz vessel. That being said...I rarely drink more than 6-8 ounces of coffee, tea, or broth during the day, so this is perfect for ME....not very desirable for my friends and Co workers who drinks pots of coffee in a day!

Smaller than anticipated which is ok because my intention was for kiddos. I can't get it to sublimate correctly and am wasting Mugs. I am not finding direction related to temp and time.
