We get a kick out of asking Penelope Penguin for a toothpick ;) So cute, and well made, too. The standard grocery store toothpicks were just a hair longer than the ones that came with it- but they do fit. The grandkids got a kick out of it!

Cute and convenient
I've been teaching my niece how to bake and I bought her 1 of these. I've had a similar one for many years. Nice to use, especially if you have frosting on your hands - just tap his head with the back of your hand or elbow. Also nice for parties so each person gets one without touching them all.

I bought this item on a whim. Its cute, but not very sturdy, think it would be easy to break if it falls from the counter/table. The concept is clever though, and the price was okay.

Not all toothpicks work
Love the bird dispenser, more importantly 2 year old grandson loves the dispenser. Only issue is that the boxes of toothpicks I have are a fraction too long to work. If container was even 1/16" wider it would fit other (more readily available) brands of toothpicks.
