I’ve been using this fibre supplement for a few weeks now and overall I’m really pleased with the results. The combination of psyllium husk and acidophilus seems to work well together to support digestion and keep things regular. The capsules are easy to take and don’t have a strong taste or aftertaste, which makes them much more convenient than powders. Since starting them, I’ve noticed improved digestive comfort and more regular bowel movements, which is exactly what I was looking for. I have suffered from IBS-C for years & lately it was unbearable so I bought these, been taking 1 a day with a full glass of water and 2 magnesium capsules at night, making sure I drink 2ltrs of water a day and they work wonders! I'm not sure if it's this product or the mixture of the the 2 but I've been with ease 3 times in the last week with no pain which is absolutely massive for me. I'll continue taking them and might up to twice a day to keep me regular and pain free. Highly recommend.

I had a positive experience with this initially. After trying a few different options that didn’t work for me, this supplement actually helped regulate things and made me feel much more comfortable. It’s easy to take and didn’t cause any harsh side effects. However, after about a month of consistent use, I noticed the effects started to wear off and it no longer worked as well for me. That was disappointing as it had been quite effective at the start. In my view, this may be helpful as a short-term solution, but it wasn’t enough on its own long-term. It’s also important to combine this with good habits like staying hydrated, eating enough fibre from vegetables, and keeping active during the day. Gentle abdominal massage can also help. If symptoms persist, it’s definitely worth speaking to a GP and checking for any underlying issues/having blood work done. Overall, a decent product that worked well initially, but not a complete solution for me personally.

Good product that aids the digestive system a lot. The capsules are rather large however, so those who struggle with swallowing pills should be mindful of that. Otherwise, these do exactly what you expect and I certainly have had no side effects from continued use. They are good value, regularly discounted and have zero taste. Overall, I recommend this product if you can swallow larger pills.

Only works great when you take 6 capsules or more per day. Anything less and it won’t work.

I only gave it 4 stars because I tried a different brand that promised more, but no sure it is as good of a fiber supplement for someone with IBS
