I purchased this chain as a Christmas Present, I understood it was a hollow chain, i understood the sensitivity of a hollow chain. Within the first 3 months of having the chain it broke under no force or stress. Since the initial break and having it repaired by a reputable local jeweler it has broken 2 additional times in new locations under no force or stress. I do not recommend purchasing this item if you intend on wearing it regularly. The warranty period is 30 days, seller does not back the item, suggests misuse and wear and tear as the reasoning for the breaking of the chain. I have a hollow chain purchased in 1991 that has been through a lot and never broken. I purchased this chain in December 2022 and have had it repaired 3x.

Had this necklace for a little over 3 months. It sat in its original packaging until Christmas. When the person I gifted it to opened it, it had an area that was slightly defective but figured it was small enough to not complain and it was past the 30 day return policy. 2 months later it broke in the exact area that had the defect. Customer service said it was normal wear and tear and offered no deal on a replacement or warranty of any kind. Also CS said this type of chain is not repairable. So, buyer beware. This company will not back their product.

I don’t do reviews. I either like an item or I don’t and that’s it. When a bad item issue is compounded by bad costumer service something’s gotta give. This chain is junk. Sure looks pretty but looks aren’t everything. I definitely will be returning and wishing the very best to this company. No hard feelings

I’ve had this necklace for two months and it’s falling apart and the seller only offered me a partial credit and I have to pay for shipping if I want it repaired because it is out of the 30 day warranty. Never purchasing from them again
