I am person who has been struggling with my weight since a few medical surgeries. I take nerve inhibitors that make me feel so pudding. I definitely recommend the L theanine version because who doesn’t want to feel good while they’re awake instead of jittery chaos. So if you were on the fence like me thinking I’m too old it’s too scary don’t be. We can get up and enjoy the day with this.

Used occasionally these provide a needed boost w/o the shakiness & upsetting stomach often associated with other caffeine supplements. Provide needed focus without the jitteriness

This is my daily driver for energy. I enjoy coffee and tea, but with a couple of these pills in the AM and a couple in the afternoon and any other caffeine I have on that day is just for enjoyment. Great for pre-workout or long days at the office!

Great for an energy boost without feeling nervous. These are the perfect amount of caffeine to l-theanine ratio so that I can have extra energy from the caffeine while feeling calm and focused from the L-theanine. It is a great deal getting this bottle of 240 capsules for so cheap. Nutricost makes great quality supplements for a great price and these are excellent. They are easy to swallow capsules and also easy to open and take the powder directly on the tongue for faster effects; it does not taste bad at all. I take them usually twice a day to keep up my energy and they also help suppress my appetite so that I don't eat too much or crave sweets. I highly recommend these for anyone who needs extra energy or to help with mood or focus. They may even help you lose weight. My wife and I both take them daily and they keep us feeling good and full of energy. Great quality, great price, easy to swallow, and actually works! I highly recommend these!

Perfect, just what I needed. The low dose is better if you are going to take once a day and don’t drink coffee. You can minimize tolerance and the l-theanine will smooth out and jitters. Don’t take 10-12 before bed. Functions as intended and helps me focus and be productive. Strength is great, you don’t want more I promise you if you want to use it every day. I sleep fine as long as I don’t take 10-12 hours before bed. Easy to seallow

horrible, terrible, taste. I'm literally burping and the powder that is in the capsule is coming out in clouds! it tastes so so bitter and the taste lingers. took on two different occasions and the same thing happened. these pills also carry next to zero caffeine effect. I bought these instead of another brand because they were cheaper, never had a problem with the other brand. ill likely just throw these away.

Unfortunately not that effective. On the other hand it makes me anxious most of the time compared to other products. Stopped using it

Used to aid focus for ADHD. Wanted small caffiene doses so this 100mg version is perfect. Use 200mg (2 tablets) per day. 1 in the morning and another at 1pm. Can take any where and tweek as activities allow. Takes about 20 minutes to cut in. A lot cheaper than a coffee or tea as well needing no time. Works for me.
