Wasn’t I pleasantly surprised when I opened the package!It is heavy, made entirely of real metals, covered with textured paint. The sound quality is very nice and most notes are in tune. The accompanying booklet gives instructions on how to tune the tongues if needed.My son was able to play it in less than 10 minutes. If you are looking for some fun time with an exotic instrument then look no further.

The smallest keys are difficult to get a good sound out of but other than that, I'm very happy with my purchase

the drum is good mostly good but 2 of the notes are muted. this was in the original and the replacement i got. if the person buying it just wants to tinker around then it’s a good move but if you genuinely want to learn the instrument i’d pass as the notes don’t work

I love the way the notes sound that work but that's only about half. The rest just sound dead. I wish it was better quality or easy to turn. I could take it to a music store but they charge a lot for tuning if I could find one that knows how. I might have to return it.

Love the larger version of this tongue drum. I bought a smaller version, but the 12" version sounds so much better and plays easier.

Children like it very much and keep tapping, hoping to learn.

Great sound and qualityAll steel no alloy

So pleased with these. We initially purchased them to hang bunting with in our child's room. They worked really well and are still holding up months later. We then decided to hang a few little decorative bits from them which worked just as well. We've used them to pin balloons to our garden fence too. They do the job well.

Purchased these for hanging up Christmas decorations. The clear head means they're easy to disguise. They went in easily, stayed in place for the 3 weeks required and pulled out easily without damaging decorations. The decorations I'd used drawing pins with can't be used again. I've left some pins in the ceiling to make life easier next Christmas and they can't be seen.

These pins are long. Might be too long!If they are pushed flush to my notice board, they poke the wall behind, but I'm seeing the positive in that they've got plenty of depth for thicker documents stuck to my notice board. They discreet being see-through and come in a nice case that can be secured closed.

Hard to push in without bending and due to being bent they would fall out... they where however used on a wall so may be why this occurred. Packaged for easy storage but the box was very stiff to open at first.

Pins have worked well, being capable of using into fairly hard wood. Clear heads won't be everyone's choice especially as they can be difficult to find if dropped on the floor. Personally very happy with purchase
