Yu-Gi-Oh!: Duelist, Vol. 9: Dungeon Dice Monsters

I have become very obsessed with Yugioh in the last couple of years, so ordering this volume was a great read and Yuugi, who stars in this book, happens to be my favorite character! I really appreciated seeing him get more action-time in the story, unlike in the anime, where this arc is taken up by Yami Yuugi. Ryuuji's edgy, cutting character design is also really fitting for this arc, which is filled with gloomy clowns and dark rooms, so it makes for a very satisfying visual read. His character is also vastly improved over the anime, since he's less whiny, darker, and given more kindness and overall dimension. The battle is reflective of the character personalities too, which I enjoyed. Yuugi continually manages to pull things off underdog style. And of course, whenever Bakura shows up things are about to get interesting...Takahashi's overall art is sharp but charming. However some of the background characters or the police mooks look waaay to funky. But I don't have much to complain about. There are lots of panels with power, and the cover looks great!

It was in better condition then I would of thought but, but the book itself is sooo awesome. (Only because of Bakura-kun) if it had been new I'ed give five stars, but its yugioh so please give it a try (do it for Bakura not yugi) ;D

Couldn't find this new anywhere. Finally had to break down and get used. It was in much better shape then I thought it would be. I'm definately happy!

Arrived on time, really happy

Until volume 9 the manga was quite interesting. Volume 9 bring a huge boredom after a very interesting first 8 volumes. Really hope it'll get better with the next book.
