I bought this for my office bag/briefcase, which is very large and heavy. This has been a game changer and it works great. It gives me the freedom to buy any bag that I want. I highly recommend. I was worried that the netting to secure it would not be big enough, but it works okay. I wish it were a little bit bigger, but I do make it work with the existing size. My bag is very large And I do have to use the strap to loop through the back strap and through the handle to help hold it in place.

This product came fast and that was appreciated. Fairly easy to assemble. Using for my husbands Inogen oxygen concentrator. He is on a 10 lb restriction and it weights 12 lb. I unload from car and he can easily pull. Navigates the steps and curbs well. Have only had one day but went to 2 appts and it worked well. Once Inogen on trolley, I lift by base into car backseat. He can use his oxygen while in front seat.I have reached out to company as when I try to lift the loaded unit on the trolley, the handle will fall out. I must be missing something in instructions? For now I will lift by the base. I could have brother drill small hole to add a set screw( will see). I have added velcro strap to hold oxygen tubing so cannula at top of handle. Netting a bit big, but I have sewed it to shorten. I put a few stitches in the long securing strap( half way up netting) so it is always there to use. The handle is plenty tall enough for my 6 ft 2 husband. Plan on taking trolley on trips.

Item arrived on-time. Seems sturdy and a well designed caddy to roll about lightweight items. We have used this to carry a portable oxygen concentrator and equipment, which together weigh all of about 8-10 pounds. I would have given this a 5-star rating but we have had this less than 3 days and time will tell how durable this caddy is. But in general, very satisfied with this product and the price we paid.

I no longer want the product. It was no fault of the product, but when my uniform pant accidentally fell out of my bag it got caught in the wheels. The wheels mangled it to the point of no repair. $45 return to buy replacement pant.

I have a large heavy bag think craftsmanship tool backpack. This trolley is too short. The arm things are not adjustable. And there isn't strong enough straps to secure the bag. Unusable.

My wife uses a portable oxygen machine and was lugging it around in a backpack. If we'd go out for the day it got pretty heavy after a few hours.This fit the bill for her. It's not very big, i.e., you're not going to be moving furniture with this thing, but it's plenty big for her backpack and the strap holder is a nice touch. The included strap to hold the backpack to the trolley is OK but I found that a bungee cord was easier to use.The six wheel design is nice. It makes it up and over curbs and stairs easily.

I really wanted this to work and make traveling with smaller coolers and small packs easier. It has a sturdy platform but it really needs bungees or straps to keep everyone secured.
