I believe you have to pull the eagle off and it’s underneath the eagle. I don’t remember right off hand.

Please take solar panel under sunshine about 8hours( make sure switch on ‘on’ position,after do this still not working please try to change one AAA rechargeable battery with it. Any questions please contact with us again
