Incredibly Value for a simple and highly effective product
Highly Recommend this device at the incredible price of <$30 including Tax! More details - especially when compared to a Ubiquiti USG Pro 4:Cons:* MAJOR Update 2024/02/24 - After testing this for about a week, the morning after I posted this review, the connectivity became super sketchy - randomly refusing to connect to some sites, and in general being very sluggish. I'll post another update if I find out why this incident happened.* The max speed I am getting from this Device never goes above 100 Mbps - this still works great for a house, as it can deliver multiple HD streams simultaneously with relatively fast download speeds. It may underperform for an office environment under heavy load, or where people need to get massive downloads quickly all the time.* Minor Nit: The labeling for the LEDs is flipped relative to the physical location of the ports which is annoying, but not a deal breaker.Pros:* Load balancing works right out of the box! I didn't have to fiddle with any settings at all! And it was very robust! [compared to the ultra-high end USG Pro 4 where I still can't get Load balancing to work right - and video streaming (Netflix/IG/etc.) lags considerably, or stutters, or fails to run at all]. On this incredible little device, it just works without a flaw!* The device is very quiet!* Multiple WAN & LAN ports for versatile config without additional switches.Open Questions:* I've seen many people complain about the UI - I still don't get what their problem is fully, maybe because I haven't gone as deep as they are - but then again for a home set-up, I'm glad that it gets load balancing to work flawlessly *without* having to go deep in the software* People are also complaining that there's no firmware or support since the manufacturer appears to no longer be around (?). Again, I'd rather have this level of seamlessly functionaing software from a dead manufacturer, than the cumbersome USG 4 that I can only get to run on failover (not load balancing, since it doesn't understand session affinity for video streaming).Highly recommended for cases where you want a quick and affordable solution for Load-balancing.

Doesn't work with Viasat
This router doesn't work with Viasat. I got Viasat to backup my extremely unreliable cable internet so I bought this for the failover feature. I returned it and got the TP-Link TL-R600VPN. It works great.

Good enough device just old school interface and 0 firmware support
I got this device specifically because I was having a problem merging two different internet provider signals into one. I pretty much plugged both of them in and they'd immediately started load balancing properly exactly what I wanted it to do without any real finagling, however the method to tweak how it load balances is so manual it may as well be from the 1980s. You have to literally manually put in every number and every period and know way more then I was hoping to need to know to use this to change where the load goes at what rate. It's a bit unfortunate but understandable and I was hoping I could manage, but the biggest issue I'm currently having is that the website that I used to host the firmware that was owned by the company that made this product is entirely gone now so I can't get the most updated firmware anywhere to see if it actually was any better and since I'm stuck on an older firmware, you can perhaps see the slight issue that may arise from that. The indication lighting is super bright so depending on where you put it, it could be more of an issue than a solution however for me it's good to know the state at all times of the system so I'm glad they are so bright and easy to read.Other than these small things it's working near flawlessly for exactly what I intended it to do as far as I can tell with minimal input from me past plug and play so I'm content as it stands, but I definitely can't get the most out of it with the way the user interface and settings work out of box. A quick pros and clone list and then I'll close this out.ProsWorks almost entirely right out of box with minimal adjustment.Good indication lights which are a must for me.Fast and capable enough for the low bandwidth speeds I tend to use constantly from several devices all to two ISP providers.ConsSet up of anything from the QOS traffic management to network management has 0 auto detection for a majority of things making You have to manually type and retype IP addresses. Subnets, Gateways and all the rest of the bits and bobs per device out manually one by one multiple times.ZERO firmware support, As I stated the official website is completely down so that's out of the question and I can't even find a third party anymore The most I could find as proof that there was an updated firmware was on a Reddit post somewhere out there and in the way back machine seeing a singular copy of their old site when it was still up seeing a fairly much higher version number. No way to easily change anything about this router whatsoever. Now I know this is a Router. Meant to nitty gritty nerd things in to perfection but the fact of the matter is a good product should be able to allow such fine tuning will also allowing semi hard users and newbies to use sliders and pick from a pre set list of servers to set things like the system time or Firewall settings with default options you can tweak yourself. Rather then leave anyone who purchases the product essentially to the wolves unless they are a proper pro or close. Suffice it to say this is a product that works yes but for a bit more elsewhere You would probably be better off buying that if the user interface is even slightly more friendly than this because what you save in cash you're wasting in your sanity a fair bit more but it again does it's job well enough if your strapped for time and cash that badly to be worth a shot.
