It's perfect. It tastes like incredibly high quality mustard, no Heinz here, and it is hot. Real hot. If you like the smell and tang of great mustard and you like the flavor and burn of the Carolina Reaper, get it. It's perfect.

Best spicy mustard I've ever had. Much spicier than I thought it would be and the flavor is so good.

This mustard was definitely hot upon first taste. Satisfying reaper burn that keeps building for minutes. It's hard to believe that reaper peppers are the lowest weight ingredient based on the visible amount in this mustard. I wish the mustard flavor stuck out more, and I wish the mustard was a bit more viscous. Overall, it was about what I expected, and I would order it again.

Excellent! great flavor with a reaper kick

This stuff is HOTT, I mean seriously you only need very little. I was not expecting it to be this hot, if it were milder I’d probably use it more frequently.

Sometimes I can get through a whole soft pretzel without getting the hiccups. This mustard is intended for real chile heads as it is VERY HOT. Basically just yellow mustard and Carolina Reaper mash.

If you are into hot foods, this is the stuff, but be careful as it is HOT. I mix it with regular mustard about 3 mustard to 1 part of this, and it is still hot.
