I think Amazon should enable a zero star rating option for this product. very unhygienic old material has been sent and could not be used due to fear of infection from this unhygienic product. and the sweet thing is that the product comes under non returnable category. Amazon should ban these type of sellers who provide such bad product.

Cheating
Bought 3 packets. I asked question and was answered that there were 10 underpads per packet. The question and answer is still on product page. But I only received 3 underpads individually packed. So I paid 90/pad which Is cheating.
