The media could not be loaded. This is a staple in my medicine cabinet for when I have my period. I specifically bought the kind that is caffeine free as I drink at least two cups of coffee each morning. I also wanted to be able to take this in the afternoon if needed and didn't want the caffeine to limit when I can take it throughout the day. I find that this works better than Tylenol or Advil.
