Best of the best!
This product has great taste and a strong peppery burn that tells me it is 100% pure. Like even better than the Costco Kirkland Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil I have been using. Thanks much for great quality at a reasonable cost!

This olive oil is great. I actually first bought it at their location near Austin. Since I have moved to Houston, I now buy it through Amazon. I have tried using other olive oils, but this one has such a great taste. I use it to make my pesto and for salad dressings. I have even started using it more for cooking. Well worth the money because the quality can't be beat.

Outstanding Product! Been Playing with it all Week.
Olive oil preferences can be subjective. I am not a fan of overly peppery oil, preferring fruity and mildly grassy flavors. This oil hits a home run. Great, fresh fruity flavor, mildly grassy, deep without being too peppery. Who knew Texas was making great Olive Oil? Try it.

mediocre
Buying olive oil is as subjective as buying wine. This one is fruity as it states but in a faint , bland way. It is fresh and not bitter, probably better for cooking than dipping, but it really is too pricey to be for cooking oil.The other problem I have is there is no best by date or harvest date on the jar. I want to support the Texas Hill country but this one is bland. I found the brand Monini more to my liking
