Hi there are thay ok to Freeze food in

I’ve not tried freezing in them. My guess is that being paper, they won’t tolerate ice crystals and won’t defrost things without the bag going soggy

Are these bags greaseproof paper, or untreated matte brown paper?

Hi they are untreated which is good as they can be recycled.

Are these microwavable (for popcorn)?

I would not think so, but never tried it. The open top is not sealed so after a few corns popped you may have popcorn all over your microwave.
