I picked up this shoe horn because my go-to daily shoes have an elastic “speed lacing” system for easy slip-on wear - but I’ve blown out the heels on the last two pairs from sliding them on on. I needed a shoe horn to allow slipping them on without damaging the shoes. This product is simple, but it feels sturdy and well-made. It has enough rigidity and a smooth curve to actually do its job, and it’s compact enough to keep handy without taking up much space. It works so well, in fact, that my wife has already stolen it for her own shoes. Nothing fancy, but if you want a solid, no-nonsense shoe horn that protects your shoes and holds up to regular use, this one does exactly what it’s supposed to do. It's inexpensive and will likely save me replacing shoes in the future.

I am not a 90 year old man (in fact, I am a youngish middle aged woman) and never even thought about shoe horns. I was on a trip to Sweden this summer and learned all about them. When I got home I had to get one. It is the thing I never knew I needed. I like using them to put my shoes on when wearing socks. They stop my socks from bunching up. Also, I am ashamed to admit it, but it is really useful when i don’t feel like untying my sneakers and want to slip into them quickly in the mornings. I like it so much that i feel like i need more than one around the house based on where i am putting on my shoes. Very good quality, doesn’t warp or bend the length is perfect for normal shoes but not boots (they have special ones for your boots). I highly recommend! I can’t live without it now.

I have not had a shoe horn for years not because I never needed one but the need was not constant and I never saw any that I liked. I saw the older plain gray metal ones and a variety of plastic ones, they either had no appeal, looked cheap, or just did not look like they would perform well. Also the price has gone up for even the cheapest plastic ones. I looked at big box stores and little ones all of poor quality and or priced too high for the quality. So where am I going with these critical comments? Well, my search is over and yours can be too. The picture I took of this shoehorn does not convey clearly the quality of this item. The color has depth and classical appeal, the surface and edges are slippery smooth with an overall sleekness, it is the right width, the right length and tapered to allow your foot to slide into the shoe. Without any exaggeration I truly believe that this is the best shoehorn ever! I hate to wax poetic about a shoehorn but I'm infatuated. When I ordered this item I just hoped it would not be awful and would look something like the picture. Wrong!! It is my ideal shoehorn and then some. It is sturdy and solid and looks and feels long lasting. Really, I might sit it on the coffee table so people can see it when they visit. It is a great gift for brothers, sisters, neighbors, those anonymous coworker Christmas and birthday gifts, stocking stuffers and college students. Need I say more? because I can. Love it!

Very nice metal shoehorn. Seems very sturdy and smooth, making it easy to put shoes on. I thought it would be slightly smaller, but it’s good for what I need it to do (put shoes on).
