The product I received was not good. It looks fabulous, but does not retain heat for more than 2 hours. I can understand the part of heat retention but the product having traces of rust on it hardly 1 month into using it shows that the material used is not stainless steel. This is highly unacceptable. Since I cannot replace this product, I am kinda stuck now !! If the manufacturer reads this, kindly take needful action.
