This is an excellent lamp which makes an ideal addition to a nautical theme. I gave it only 4 stars because the shade it came with is incongruous, and is really too big. However, I found the PERFECT shade for this lamp on Amazon. It is the "Anchors Away Nautical Ble & White," found under search of "lampshades." It is the perfect size, and compliments the lamp to a "T." Adds to the price, of course, but well worth it. Will not disappoint. If this were the original shade, the rating would have been 5+!

Arrived in a timely fashion, just the right height for my bureau, quality is better than expected and true to online display. Very happy with my purchase!

It came almost assembled since you only have to put the shade into the lamp. I love it! The shade is thick at looked so nice as well as the lamp itself.

I think this is a cute little lamp, I am using in a guest nautical theme bedroom. Like other people who complained the shade is way too big for this little lamp! Be prepared to spend more money to buy another shade!

These little anchor lamps are perfect for the nightstand/dresser. They don’t take up a lot of space and just the right amount of lighting for a small bedroom. Really nice accent pieces.

Received pair of lamps that I needed this weekend for a lakehouse bedroom rental in a very timely manner. I ordered two (pair) of cream anchor lamps. But received one cream and one navy. Both very nice but not matching as I wanted.
