This 'Confections' Baking powder is the real deal.It really is far far better than many brands.It does have double rise.Other branded baking powder left rubbery gluten-free cakes but this baking powder really helped and proved that indeed it has double acting rise properties.Have used several brands, this one honestly does its job perfectly.After utilizing it for several baking sessions, this review is being posted.
