Great traveller's tool
I recently purchased the **VETRESKA Hard Cat Carrier with Stickers & 2 Mats**, and it’s been a game-changer for traveling with my cat. Whether it’s for vet visits, trips, or just moving around, this **airline-approved** carrier has made things much easier and more comfortable for my pet. Here’s a breakdown of my experience with it, including its features, design, and a few tips for use.### **Design and Build**The first thing that struck me was the sleek, modern design of this cat carrier. It has a **hard shell**, which makes it much sturdier than the typical soft-sided carriers. The **hard material** gives me peace of mind, knowing my cat is well-protected during travel. Plus, it looks stylish and comes with **stickers** so you can customize it, which is a fun and unique feature that adds personality to the carrier. The carrier also comes with **two mats**—one for cool weather and one for warm weather. The mats are soft and fit perfectly inside, providing extra comfort for my cat. I especially appreciate that they are removable and washable, making it easy to keep the carrier clean and fresh.### **Breathable and Comfortable for Pets**One of the standout features of this carrier is how **well-ventilated** it is. The **freely breathe design** ensures there’s plenty of airflow, which is really important when traveling, especially on long trips or on warm days. There are **ventilation holes** all around the carrier, so my cat never feels stuffy or overheated, and I don’t have to worry about her getting stressed from poor air circulation. The interior space is well-designed to give my cat room to move around a little but still feel secure. The size is perfect for small to medium cats (and dogs), and the hard sides provide a nice sense of security that softer carriers don’t always offer.### **Airline Approved**One of the reasons I chose this carrier was because it’s **airline-approved**. Although I haven’t taken it on a flight yet, it’s designed to fit under most airline seats, making it convenient for air travel. Having a carrier that’s sturdy, well-ventilated, and approved for airline use gives me peace of mind when planning future trips with my cat.### **Portable and Convenient**The **trolley case design** is a game-changer when it comes to portability. The carrier has **silent wheels**, which make moving it around super easy, especially when traveling through busy areas like airports or vet clinics. I didn’t realize how much easier this would make things until I had to navigate through a crowded vet’s office, and the rolling feature saved me from having to carry the weight the entire time. The **handle extends** and retracts smoothly, much like a piece of rolling luggage, making it comfortable to pull. This is a great feature, especially if you have a heavier pet or need to carry other things at the same time. The **silent wheels** also mean there’s no noisy rattling that could stress out my cat, which is a big plus.### **Security and Safety**The carrier feels very secure, with a **reliable locking mechanism** on the door. The door is sturdy and has a wide opening, making it easy to load and unload my cat. I also like that the hard shell provides a lot more protection than fabric carriers, which is especially important for keeping my cat safe during travel. There’s no chance of the carrier collapsing or getting crushed.### **Stickers for Personalization**The **stickers** are a fun bonus. They let me customize the carrier to suit my style or add a bit of personality. It’s a small detail, but it’s nice to make the carrier feel like it’s truly mine. Plus, it adds a bit of color and fun to an otherwise practical item.### **Comfortable Mats**The two included mats are great additions. There’s a **cool mat** for warmer weather and a **warmer mat** for cooler days, and both fit snugly inside the carrier. My cat seems to find both mats comfortable, and I like that I can switch them out based on the temperature. The mats are also **washable**, which is key for maintaining cleanliness, especially after longer trips.### **Maintenance**This carrier is **low-maintenance** overall. Since it’s a hard shell, it’s easy to wipe down or sanitize between uses. The **removable mats** make it even simpler to keep clean, and the ventilation holes don’t collect dirt or fur as much as some mesh-sided carriers do. Every few uses, I give the carrier a quick wipe with a damp cloth and toss the mats into the wash, which keeps everything smelling fresh.### **Pros**- **Hard shell for extra protection**: Sturdy design ensures your pet is safe during travel, with better protection than soft-sided carriers.- **Ventilation**: Plenty of ventilation holes for excellent airflow, reducing pet stress.- **Trolley case design with silent wheels**: The rolling feature makes it much easier to transport, especially through busy areas like airports or vet clinics.- **Airline approved**: Great for travel, and the size is designed to fit under most airline seats.- **Two mats for different weather conditions**: Includes a cool mat for warm days and a warm mat for cooler days, both of which are washable.- **Customizable**: Comes with stickers to personalize the carrier.- **Spacious but secure**: Enough room for pets to feel comfortable, but small enough to make them feel secure and not overwhelmed.### **Cons**- **Size limitations**: While great for small to medium cats and dogs, larger pets won’t fit comfortably.- **Weight**: The hard shell adds some weight, though the trolley feature makes up for this, especially when rolling it.- **Cost**: It’s a bit pricier than standard fabric carriers, but the durability and features justify the higher price.### **Final Thoughts**The **VETRESKA Hard Cat Carrier** is a fantastic choice if you’re looking for a durable, secure, and comfortable carrier for your cat or small dog. The **hard shell design** provides extra protection, while the **silent wheels** and **trolley case feature** make it incredibly easy to transport, whether you’re heading to the vet or planning an airline trip. The **ventilation** and **two included mats** keep your pet comfortable, and the **personalization stickers** add a fun touch.Overall, it’s a well-designed, practical, and stylish carrier that’s worth the investment for anyone who frequently travels with their pets or simply wants a higher level of security and comfort for them.

it's cute.
it just arrived yesterday and i will be using it to see how this plays out with my cat, Lillie. I liked the way it was packed in the box and how simple it is to pull it out and put the watermelon sticker on. I'm not happy with the price even at 99 bucks. It is plastic and I do not see how this should be that much money. The other one the pink one for 139.99 was exactly like this one and it is being sent back. I had no idea this was China again. I bought another one of these and sent it to be delivered to my son in Texas but i had to pay for the shipping. That's crap to. So we will see if my son or I keep these. NOT WORTH 99 DOLLARS or more. WELL sadly it has pasted the 30 days for me so I'm stuck with this. However, my son sent his back. I found out from the vet doc that most cats prefer to be in a dark place when transported. so not only am i covering the viewing side of this with the watermelon but now i'll have to find a way to cover the holes to calm her down when transporting her in it. The video shows that a cat will just get inside but that isn't the norm. I have to fight with Lillie to get her inside. And I have to have one zipper almost to the top and next on side up and shove her in to keep her from running out of it. This think causes more stress than I needed due to the type of cat I have. There's no way to know if it will work unless you try but then if the trying doesn't show a issue until later you are screwd if the 30 days for return and refund is up. I guess I'd recommend still get this 99 dollar one, try transporting your cat in it but try experiences you'd go through as well and send it back if it is more stress on you than the cat.

Cats love it!
The media could not be loaded. Amazing case! Cats love it and now can go explore the building on adventures. They feel comfortable and safe. Feels sturdy. Slightly harder to get them into it since it split opens vs a standard front opening zip case, but easy enough to toss a few treats in, open it while holding the sides up and let them step in- then zip up. They love the cushion and the large ventilation air holes, along with being able to see in all directions. No plastic smell, sturdy easy telescoping handle, easy to pick up with handle or to roll. My cats are large, @ 13-16lbs, and each fit in it fine for short trips around the building! I wouldn’t put the larger black cat in it for an extended trip, but a smaller cat is fine. The one now goes and sits by it waiting to go out in it.If you have 2 smaller kittens/baby cats they would probably both fit as well.

It is cute in theory ...
I saw this one instagram and thought it was absolutely cute! However, when I bought the actual thing, it was actually pretty hard to place my cat into the carrier with one hand since the carrier will clamp like a shell so it was inconvenient to use on a regular basis. It's stressful for the cat as well so it's cute but not practical

It's really cute but ...
The media could not be loaded. it's really cute but because I get it for my cats it's scary for them to be so transparent it says that it comes with a sticker that could help to this problem but mine didn't came with the stickers.

Love it!
My Maine Coon (16lbs) loves this for walks outside. I don’t want her begging me to go out constantly, but you can use this for taking to vet, friends house and walks outside for fresh air. I read reviews where they loaded from its side but I don’t. If you have the zipper closed a bit it opens like a clam shell and I put her down into it and then zip shut. Was easier than trying to get her in my regular cat carrier! She was sooo happy to be outside as she sees my dog go out daily. She is still growing so hopefully it’s large enough but had room to turnaround just fine. I love it! It’s cute, fun for cat and helpful all around. There are plenty of large air holes and the plastic is thick enough to hopefully last. Pads that come with it are great too. One for cooling and one for warmth. I took her out on a sunny winter day (35 degrees) and she was in heaven!

Cat carrier
Carrier too small for my cat. I suppose my cat is large. Overall a good carrier for a smaller cat or dog.

Easier Transportation
We wanted an easier way to transport our cats to the downstairs garage in the condo. It is good for short trips but would not recommend for long distance travel.Seems quite sturdy but would liked it to be larger . Our cats are just over a year old but seem confined in them. Also , it is an awkward entry and need two people to assist.
