So I don't usually write reviews unless they are good product. I work on my feet all day long . By the end of the day my feet is sore and plantar fasciitis on my left foot is killing me . I have a massage machine for foot also hand held massager . Non of them ever really hit my pressure point when I use it . One day I saw this little tool similar to the one that lady uses in a foot clinic that I go to for therapy . I thought to my self what the hell it's only $7 let me try it . OMG it actually really work I follow directions from YouTube video how the gua sha work follow directions on how to use it on my foot . I really relieved my foot pain from 10 to like 3 it's still there let not kids ourself but it tone the pressure down a lot . So give it a try . It goes to everywhere I guess these day 😂

Love having this tool. Use it all the time for face hands legs feet. Anywhere there’s tightness. Great for musicians of all kinds or people who work with their body often. My only hesitation is that the rock material isn’t as shined as I thought it would be and therefore soaks in the oil or lotion and is more rough on the skin.

I’ve struggled with a weird foot thing for like 24 yrs, since I was a teenager. The arch of my right foot hurts a bit without proper support, and it has this bizarre intense feeling of itching like way deep in the tissue in the arch. A guy I dated like 10 yrs ago used to massage my foot (he offered!) and we realized that the deep tissue is crunchy and crackles which is super weird. Anyway I’ve spent years trying to figure this stupid foot thing out and purchased numerous plantar fasciitis massage tools that sort of help but not really. I’ve used my thumb once or twice but I end up going too hard and I see stars and have a moderate vom reflex. I got this little jade tool in the spirit of new ideas and gave it a try and OH EM GEE Y’ALL - IT IS LIFE CHANGING. Holy moly. It’s a sturdy little bugger that is better than a person’s thumb and way more precise than typical plantar fasciitis massagers. I don’t have an official diagnosis because my issue is annoying but doesn’t affect my life enough that I want to pay a doctor to touch my feet, but I think it’s plantar fibromatosis. Anyway this jade thing is straight from foot-massage heaven and in just a few short strokes I got the most intense, satisfying relief I’ve ever had in the history of this foot issue. I love this jade thing so much I might make a shrine to it.

This piece has a nice, smooth finish on the jade for a comfortable hand feel, perfect for trigger point therapy. The jade is very light in color. This tool helps you hold trigger points for longer and deeper, making for a more effective session and it is far easier on your hands. My husband and I can both use it as it fits comfortably in both our hands despite the difference in our size. There are slight imperfections in the finish but nothing that affects the use or is very noticeable. Would certainly buy again.

Love this tool, great hand fit and distribution of heat but super breakable. One drop and you're out a tool. Get back ups and wrap carefully when traveling with them.

I suffer from bunions and plantar fasciitis. This took has been worth ever penny! Anytime I have a flare up of pain, it saves my fingers from the pain of massaging my feet. It works really well and hits all the small sore spots with ease. The size makes it perfect to travel with as well!

I didn't even realize how badly I needed this. I bought it thinking it would just "feel nice". I found that I was able to unlock so many knots in my feet that my lower back released - WOW Perfect shape, feels sturdy, pleasant texture. Love this tool.
