Coconut Chips King Garden 40g- Orginal (Pack of 10)

There are two kinds of people in this world: those who love coconut, and those who don't. I fall into the LOVE camp. However, I am trying to stay off sugar and processed foods, and most of the time anything coconut flavored is sweetened with cane sugar. Even the brand that I like for certain unsweetened dried fruit uses sugar on the dried coconut they package. These coconut chips have a pleasing snappy texture with a real crunch! Think crispy bacon- these are not chewy like the sweetened type. I love the flavor as well as the texture. One package is a generously portioned snack for a single person, or a pleasant little pick me up for two or three to share. The biggest drawback I can see is that it is not terrible convenient to eat these chips right out of the package. I cut the top off and pour them into a small dish or "monkey bowl". Overall though, these get my highest marks, as a natural food that tastes great and is a nice change from more typical dried fruit offerings such as apricots and raisins.

I bought these because I love coconut chips. However, after giving them a try I realized there was something off with the taste of these. To me, I thought they were too sweet and too hard. Which is why I gave it to my husband to give it away to his coworkers in the office and they absolutely loved it. Therefore, it's a personal taste. I received this product with a discount in exchange for my honest and unbiased opinion.

These are a pretty good snack. They are definitely different than what I thought they would taste like but I like them. I bet they would be good sprinkled on top of ice cream. They definitely taste like coconut. I received this product at a discount for my unbiased review.
