Not my favourite in comparison to 3M
Honestly, I’m a bigger fan of the 3M brand ones. These ones are thinner and yes they have the thin edge that I guess sticks better to your skin, but it also kind of ripples my skin which makes it stand out more in my opinion. I’ve gone through 2 sheets of these and while they pull a tiny bit of pus out of the zit, it’s no where NEAR the amount the 3M ones pull out. You can literally see it when you pull off the patch. In the photo, I am wearing the Rael patch on one zit and had just taken a Rael patch off the one to the right... both still swollen and I can squeeze out the pus still. The 3M ones always leave the zit completely flat once used, a little red blemish left behind, but completely flat (which make up can cover) it’s truly amazing!Overall, I’m two sheets through this pack of Rael patches and I’m wishing I just stuck with the 3M ones even though their a tiny bit thicker.. I honestly think that’s why they work better. Anyway... I’m obsessed with 3M acne patches and while threes ones *sort of* work, I’m not 100% sold. For reference, I have Normal to Oily skin... I wear make-up every day, usually break out around my period pretty bad, and had a huge break out from wearing a mask and the 3M ones saved my face!Buy a small pack of each to try, or just go with the 3M ones, all my friends have bought several packs of the 3M ones and they too are obsessed.

They don't work
If you have hormonal acne, or more moderate/severe acne, this will NOT work for you! Do not buy. They stay on, I'll give them that; they stuck on my pimple all night, but there was no difference in my pimple the next morning. I tried these many times to give them a chance, but they simply didn't work for me.

They adhere well and last long
I’ve tried the NexCare and Cosrx pimple patches as well and I think I prefer these ones over both! They are thinner than the others I’ve tried and relatively indiscreet on my light/medium toned skin. They’ve lasted through the night when I’ve slept with them and also through 8hr work shifts. They’re only adhesive on one side so they don’t stick to your fingers or anything when you apply them or fix them. They are easy to take off the plastic sheet because you can rip the sheet off. I like to put them on pimples that are coming/have come to a head or ones that have popped just to cover them up. I’ve put them both on top and underneath my moisturizer and they stick well either way. These prevent me from picking or touching the pimples and kind of speed up the healing process as they aren’t exposed. Both sizes are good but I think the small ones cover the average pimple well. They are also a better value than the others too!

Not worth it
Didn't enjoy the product as much as I'd hoped. Patches stick well and are pretty invisible to the eye, however I couldn't layer makeup on top. After removing the patch from face the white head absorbs into the patch which I found super helpful. However, the pimple almost always came back as another white head a day or two later. Okay product to cover up pimple for the day or to get a white head gone fast but I have found using tea tree oil overnight on a white head instead of patches works just as well, if not better. I normally use the body shop tea tree oil with a q-tip and pimple will go away in a couple days. This product is really only effective if pimple is a white heads, won't do anything to a pimple that is just starting, which I found very annoying because I wanted to stop the pimple before it was a white head. Probably won't be purchasing this again.

Does the job
I previously reviewed a different brand of acne patch and it was very underwhelming. As other reviews mentioned here, this one does an incredible job at adhering to skin. It also has great suction abilities for the puss. Overall quite happy with this product, just wish it was better organized as it comes with multiple sheets carrying different sizes that all are very similar looking.
