Chums Original Cotton Retainer - Unisex Eyewear Keeper for Sunglasses & Glasses - Adjustable Fit, Washable & Made in USA (Standard-End, EV Green)

I recently had eye surgery and was given a pair of over glasses sunglasses to wear. The arms aggravated my ears and I though would see if I could find a 'keeper' for them made out of cotton. I went back into my own storage and found a chums white retainer from the 80s, no kidding! It worked fine, but is showing its age so I searched for Chums and found this set that I could get easily in Canada (I know you can go to the company in the US, but the shipping is expensive). Happily, these did the trick. I am stuck in these shades for another 3 weeks so I am happy to have found something that helps with the pressure point. Nice work, Chums, you make excellent stuff.

I bought the EV Green and it is bright! Love it. A nice hack for people with smaller frames, as mine were wire frames(very small), wrap some painters tape around the frames toward the last two inches and these won’t slide off very easily and the painters tape won’t damage your glasses frame or leave any sticky residue. Works perfectly!

I have the original Ray Ban 2140 Wayfarers and these fit just fine. Like others have said, they are very tight going on but with a little extra effort and patience they actually fit better than the large version. I now have Black Lrg., EV Blue Lrg. And this EV Green Orig. If you have wayfarer sunglasses go with the original size and thanks to the other reviewers who said they would fit because they do and they are thinner behind the ear on the earpiece than the large version. I love them.

I got this for a music festival I was going to be use I was afraid of losing my expensive glasses and it was perfect! I still have it on because it’s just convenient, I don’t worry about losing my glasses at bars etc. I’m fashionable and think I’m still fashionable with this.
