Serious protection thats also inexpensive
Like others here I am also a fairly big guy and I wanted some good pads to wear on my new Evolve GTR while im getting the hang of esk8ing. These pads are big, bulky and will protect your knees from friggin' anything. The fit is nice and easily adjustable and the velcro is top quality. I also got the elbow pads to go along. Sure you can get more lowkey pads that arent as large but you cant beat the value and protection you get with these.Been wearing pro-tec helmets and pads since my young skating days and they are absolutley a brand to rely on when it comes to safety equipment for any type of skater.No wonder even some search&rescue and patrol units wear pro-tec gear while on the job.

De lo mejor en protecciones
Estaba buscando las dedicadas para Skate en rampa pero visto que era casi imposible encontrarlas en España me decidí a probar estas dado que el precio era muy asequible y no perdía mucho en caso de salir rana.Dado que son Pro-Tec no me esperaba que me salieran malas a nivel calidad si no simplemente que no me gustasen para lo que quería en concreto pero la verdad que muy bien para patinar rampas y dejarte deslizar cuando se fallan los airs.Nivel calidad materiales y costuras excelente, el neopreno de la capa que se adapta a articulación hace que le añada mucha vida y las costuras no se notan en ningún momento.Hace falta usarlas unas horas durante el primer uso para que la espuma interior se adapte a la articulación, lo que puede resultar extraño en un principio pero al cabo de unos minutos debería notarse nunca más.La limpieza es tremendamente sencilla después de una buena sudada se le pasa un agua y se cuelgan a secar de vez en cuando para evitar que se deteriore el tejido con el sudor y listo.

Perfect for Snowboarding...
These are great...I bought them for snowboarding and was able to use them immediately after they arrived. I'm glad I read the other reviews about sizing first; someone posted a pic of a sizing chart, and using that I bought the L. I'm female, 5'6" and 135 lbs, and would have bought the M otherwise, but based on the chart L would be best, and they fit great. They're a little bulky and they have a slight natural bend to them, but IMO it didn't inhibit how I could walk around. They're also super secure; they didn't budge once I strapped them on and put on the rest of my gear. I think their bulk makes them more protective...I took a couple spills yesterday and they worked awesome. Not sure about other activities, but if you're looking for some protection for snowboarding, get these!
