Great product
Easy to build and looks great on the decking

Attactive design but not using the best materials for longevity
The heater is nicely designed but the choice of painted steel components for a unit that spends all its life in the open does not auger well for the future. We have an old all stainless steel patio heater which has sat in the open for 10 years and looks as good today as when it was new. I doubt that this will be the case with this pyramid heater.

Worse amazon purchase ever
Had a relatively cheap patio heater from Homebase. Worked fine for a couple of years but following the last winter and leaving it outside the ignition mechanism ceased up so decided to pay extra for more stylish patio heater. What a mistake! once I had worked through the assembly instructions (nightmare) and fired up the unit it looked pretty impressive. Unfortunately the heat output and coverage is really disappointing. It is 04/09/23 weather is really good 21.15 at night so not too chilly. Fired up the heater and it was pathetic - no wind , calm night. IF YOU STAND WITHIN A FOOT OF THE HEATER YOU CAN FEEL THE WARMTH (not heat). Looks great but heat output is rubbish. first time I have bought this type of patio heater so have no idea about other comparable products but if you want heat beyond a 12inch radius don't buy
