Pretty nice
Pretty nice, it helped me get the direction where I want to stylize my art however you need to have your basics straight! Its difficult for beginners and you definitely need to grind to get your skills up to par, try this book while referencing other stuff like other artists.

Excellent Reference, But You Need to Have Previous Foundation
This book has been an excellent reference to depict anthropomorphic characters w/ distint species-specific characteristics.Combined w/ my practice of 2D & 3D shapes (circles, squares, triangles), & my anatomical studies through Love Life Drawing on YT, I've been able to make great progress. However, where the book excells in explaining the details that separate different species, & different styles of drawing these characters, it only shows you how to draw them in a few limited poses -- by necesity as it covers several species & helpful details on how to draw each, & variations of each.So unless you have enough experience drawing characters, or understanding of drawing 3D shapes, or understanding of human anatomy, you will have to work harder to make use of the information. This is a fantastic supplement to help you delve into the niche of drawimg antrho characters, but it's in no way a replacement or skip drawing fundamentals.

fluffy
I had the Japanese edition on my wishlist for the longest time and I certainly am glad I waited as I am more confident in my english. beyond the hand with mini goat hooves instead of finger nails which look pretty cursed (don't worry, the other 3 goat hand designs are cute), I, as an intermediate artist found this to be genuinely helpful.Certainly, this is not a book for beginners (assuming you're actually going to use it, buying it for the pretty art is still well worth it) and it focuses more on how to structure your characters and provide examples of how their anatomy could look in a style that is relevant to what is out there on the market, say Brand New Animal or Beastars. At the price, I would easily recommend this to my friends, whereas with the japanese edition with the $30 price tag, here in the west, fell a tad high for me.

Great informative guide to drawing furries, but not for beginners
The book itself is nice. The quality of the book, images & information inside is all great, but it's not going to teach you how to draw furries if you aren't already a somewhat experienced drawer. I wouldn't necessarily consider this a tutorial book as much as I'd consider it a guide to helping you hone your drawing skills. You don't have to be a good drawer for this book to be helpful, you just have to already know the basics of how to draw people, animals, things in 3D. Regardless, it is still helpful. I've made a few attempts to draw things using this book and with practice, I'm sure I'll improve, but there's a lot of other examples, tutorials, & other information I've had to use along with this book to get a better understanding of the basics. I find that I'm successfully able to draw something using this book, but I'm just doing what it's telling me to do, to draw that specific image. It doesn't give you an array if different poses or styles or examples to practice with, so it's still a struggle to use this information to just draw anything. Again, the book itself has very useful information and I'll keep it as it'll be useful once I've improved my skills, but if you're just starting out then I'd suggest looking elsewhere or even teaching yourself from stuff you find online first, then use this book to hone your skills. It would be awesome if this book was more expansive and was a series that started part 1 with very kindergarten black & basics that teaches you everything you need to know about blocking your characters body and poses and such, then as the series progresses it gets more in depth starting with simple drawings leading up to a book for an expert so that you can literally learn every single step of the way.

It will not disappoint
You like furry art and want to create your own? Well, this is the book for you. It breaks down the animal structures and how to apply them to a human structure to bring life to your art in a very powerful way.

And I said I wouldn’t buy any more how to draw guides.
I’m an artist that primarily draws monsters and many creatures of lore have some animal anatomy. This book goes quite in-depth when describing and showing how to draw anthropomorphic creatures.. Though the book is 99% for drawing furries there is still info for creating the down-graded human animal hybrid, the Nemomimis and the like. The art is fun and the anatomy diagrams are great for reference. This is a great addition to my drawing guide collection. Look at that… and I said I wouldn’t buy anymore how to draw guides.

Really good
This book is great if you want to increase your artistic knowledge. The lessons are simple, even if you don’t have any drawing experience it’s easy to follow. For those who are more advanced, it shows the bones structure of each animal you’re trying to study or draw. It also has a wide range of animals from birds to sea creatures. Over all I’ve had a great experience with this book 10/10Though there’s a problem with the shipping to beware. When I received mine the delivery person just shoved it in my mail box and the book was all folded at first. Thankfully it wasn’t permanent now that I have it for a few months it’s back to a regular book.

Incredibly in-depth and informative
I knew this book would be chock-full of information even before I could read it in English. Now that there's a translation, it turns out I was right! This book is great at discussing ALL of the aspects of designing a furry character. They even go into various species, and talk about their possible bone structures and things like that. I will, however, state that this book is not for beginners, and doesn't teach you basic how-to-draw stuff. It's really for artists who have some experience under their belt. Still, a beginner could still glean some useful information from this book, so why not give it a read anyway? I like this book a lot!
