Q: Will this work with mu menu wine baggy

This bag is like the 3L pouches in most popular box wine brands so it should work fine with your wine baggy. I have noticed that some 3L wine bags are tall & skinny, while others are more square but as they are not rigid they conform pretty well to the shape of the holder. One note - I've learned from experience to be sure to remove as much excess air from the bag as possible after filling (and periodically during dispensing) by opening the valve while the bag is held upside down - too much air pressure causes the liquid to gush out and splash while dispensing. Enjoy!

Q: the red tab on the spigot are you suppose to remove this. I didn't get any instructions - Oh by the way you are?

You have to remove it to fill the bag then force it back in when you fill the bag with liquid. Make sure you get as much air out as well.
