Feed tube attachment only, too large for barrel
I kept the item because I have some plans for another shotgun, but it did not fit my 12ga barrel like I thought I read it would. Overall though, it seems like a quality item that could hold a small laser/flashlight. I see no reason to think it wouldn't stand up to some recoil, and if you put a little Loctite on the bolts it should be sturdy

Mounts on slide barrell for 12ga.
My application was for my 12ga. Will not mount on barrell, needs bigger diameter which the slide barrell can suite. Mosberg short barrell (forget it). Long barrell 12ga. Req.

Weak Metal
Tried to tighten a QD mount on it and it bent, then it broke. The metal is too soft!

missing gasket liner for a snug fit? I crafted my own gasket which worked out well.
Fit is a problem if the gasket is missing? Crafted my own gasket and worked out fine.
