ASCOT Decorative Telescopes

This kettle is great. I love the look, heats up water quickly and quietly, auto shut off works every time. I've had it for almost 6mos and no rust or any degradation issues. The only negative is the ergonomics of the handle but I think they changed it on a newer model. Still love it though :)

at first this was a reliable unit. But the first one stopped working at 6 months, and I thought is was a fluke. the company wouldn't do anything, but I mistakenly bought another. This unit worked well for 4 months but then intermittantly would not shut off. Gradually the thermostat stopped working, and then the unit stopped working at all after 12 months. This is a piece of crap DON'T BUY ONE

I bought this item 6 months ago and it already doesn’t work. The on/off button is broken. It looks cute, but is not durable. Not sure why Amazon still sells product that are such bad quality

Loved this every day for my morning and nightly tea but the pot quit working 5 months in. Very sad to be missing my tea this morning, wish my ascot pot worked.

SO DISAPPOINTED. This looked amazingly beautiful online and exactly what I’d been searching for. Opened the outer box and was instantly met with “something” on my hands. Same “grit” on manufacturers blue box. Opened that box and was met with the base of unit…it looked off, but I kept going. Lifted protective carton and HORRIFIED!!! IDK what this is (see photographs), but I slowly put it all back then taped the Amazon box. Requesting a refund ASAP. I really wanted this! Will stick with traditional household name brands for my next one. THIS WAS AWFUL.

This is a really nice water kettle. However the lid is very difficult to put on and take off. And we always leave the top off after using our water kettles to let the interior dry out between uses. You can't do this right away because the lid is too hot to touch. I bought this unit because there are no plastic parts that come into contact with the water which I like, but I am likely to return this because of the top issues.

Es muy linda pero es un producto que no sirve. No sé si tiene que ver en algo la energía de aquí en Chile, pero las dos que tuve (porque hice primero un cambio por si era cuestión del primer producto que tuve) funcionaron la primera vez pero luego solo prendían pero no calentaban.Lamentable.

Auto Shut Off stopped working and this thing boiled dry!! Fire Hazard and ruined a kitched cabinet with steam!! Steer clear!!!
