At first this looked like a pricey chondroitin option until I realized that it is a 90 day supply. The caplets are a bit on the large side but I have no issue swallowing them. My wife would need to split them into two pieces in her case. I checked the expiration date and mine showed 12/2024, so not a concern in my case since I received mine at the beginning of Feb 2024. So far I have not noticed any negative side effects.

Wish I could comment on the Optiflex-C but somewhere along the line I received the wrong product. I received the Optiflex-G glucosamine instead. I can however tell you a little bit I learned about the brand and the manufacturing so that you will have the confidence you need to try these 2 products for yourself. You may have heard in the past about a supplement called Glucosamine/Chondroitin Sulfate for joint discomfort. It seems that some of the research out there recently showed that if you take these 2 nutrients separately, they work better. And what is the difference between the 2 nutrients? Glucosamine is involved in the formation of cartilage, and it is a component of cartilage. Chondroitin is also involved in the formation of cartilage, but it also hydrates! I hope that description clarifies the difference a little. Now, about the brand.... Theralogix. It has a lot of trust and creditability behind them. They've been around for many years. Their board is composed of medical professionals. The brand is trusted by the most important research Universities and NIH in the Usa. Their supplements are 3rd party lab tested. I did not see any reference though, to their manufacturing facility being cGMP or whether or not it is in the Usa. I also did not see reference to their ingredients being non-GMO. I would like to see these certification badges on the bottle. These are just a few small things, but they are important to the overall picture that forms their reputation as trustworthy. As far as the Glucosamine I was given to try and that my Doctor recommended I am feeling some subtle positive benefits in some joints that are being annoying! I wish the pills were capsules not caplets, although these caplets are smallish. I personally find caplets a little harder to swallow. The cost is very reasonable for a 90 day supply at 2 a day. I'm not 100% confident in this brand because they don't seem to be completely transparent. Nowadays that is of utmost importance.

I was having major knee pain so I decided to try these. However, I stopped doing weighted squats at the gym, which I thought was the reason why I was experiencing the knee pain, at the same time as I was taking these supplements and my pain subsided for the most part. So it's difficult for me to assess whether these had a positive effect or of it was simply from refraining from doing the squats.

I didn't receive what I requested - I got the Glucosamine Sulfate supplement, rather than the Chondroitin Sulfate one. As far as the product I did receive... the ingredient list is basic, but it does have a robust amount of Glucosamine Sulfate for joint support. I've taken 2 tablets/day as part of my daily supplement regimen without any issues.

I have issues with my joints so I've tried numerous supplements to help alleviate issues and prevent future damage. These chondroitin pills are easy to swallow and I've had no side effects from taking them. I like that they are scored, so you can easily cut them in half if you want. This is beneficial if you want to take half the dosage, or if the pill is too large and you want to make it easier to swallow. I definitely recommend these.

Easy to swallow and no after taste.

This product has 90 servings, and I received two months before it’s set to expire. The capsules must have opened or one leaked, I keep getting white powder all over my hands and they are kind of coated with the powder, making them very hard for me to swallow. For the price, I expected a much better quality product, very disappointing.
