This camera was easy to install and works great, I've had it now for months and no issues whatsoever. Records perfectly both front and rear. It has the option to view both front and rear at the same time on the screen. It doesn't take up much room on the windshield also, it doesn't block your view at all. It is well worth having, nice clear picture and gives you the security of knowing your car is protected and in case of an accident you have the video evidence you need to show what occurred.

The dashcam works as advertised. Delivery was prompt and follow up was made to make sure everything was in working order. The setup instructions were a little confusing. I requested a longer power cord for the rear camera to reach the rear window but never received it, although after some measuring, the cord that was initially sent worked. A tool was also provided to help hide the wiring under the molding. The suction cup that holds the dash cam did not hold well but the instructions said to thoroughly clean the windshield glass and after doing that, it has held tight. I'm still learning how to save a recording in case one is needed, but everything works as designed. I intend to buy another for my second car.

The media could not be loaded. Installed this camera in a little over 2 hours. It came with every component to install, setup and operate. It even came with a cable to download to my computer. The instructions were clear. The cables tucked in easily along the headliner and at the tops of the door and pillar panels. The hardest, but most import part was connecting to the reverse light, so that it would trigger the reverse camera automatically. We installed in in Honda Element, a small SUV with really bad blindspots. The whole family has commented how easy it is use. The cigarette lighter port doesn't stay on this car so that was good. We don't have to worry a the parasitic load when the car is not running. Make sure to check that. If you do have a cigarette lighter port that stays on all the time, you will have to unplug it.The back up camera is my favorite thing. The camera also can record sound, but we turned it off to make a video post with the review. The camera makes 3 minute long capsules. I will eventually fill the whole memory card and the copy over the oldest ones. Not for sure how long that will take, but there is plenty of room on the card.We installed the rear camera on the inside of the window right by the brake light. The only issue we had that there are LED lights on the camera that illuminate when the car is in reverse and it caused a glare. I just put a couple little pieces of black electrical tape over the lights. Every car is a little different so you might not have the same problem.We love have a reversing camera for safety with a clear picture. The primary camera gives us piece of mind if we're in accident. The night vision even works well.This camera is great value for the money. I would recommend it and buy it again.

I was initially excited and spent about 2 hours installing the front and rear cameras very carefully. About 5 minutes after I was done, while watching in my rearview mirror, the rear camera fell off. It was attached as securely as I could make it, but I watch the glue stretch out like chewing gum, still attached to both the camera and my rear window until it plopped onto the floor. That was my first experience with this product. From there it got worse.From what I can tell, this product only supports an SD card up to 32GB. I don't know how, but it manages to fill this capacity very rapidly at which time it stops recording and complains about the SD card being full, even though I have it set to a setting that is supposed to start recording over the oldest videos. Apparently that setting doesn't work. The only setting I CAN get to work to prevent it from constantly telling me the SD card is full is a 3 minute loop. That's right. It will record for 3 minutes and then it will re-record over the same 3 minutes over and over. That means if I get in an accident and I forget to stop recording, the accident footage is recorded over within 3 minutes!It advertises motion detection and parking mode. However; it has no way of knowing when you're parked vs when you're driving, so motion detection is constantly going off while you drive. So, you have to turn it off while driving and remember to turn it on while parked, then remember to turn it off again when you start driving again. The menu is hard to navigate and toggle things, so not only is it a pain to remember every time, it's also very inconvenient to do.I'm honestly baffled by all the good reviews. I would be sending this back for a refund except it is currently so well entrenched in my car that I'm not sure I can bring myself to pull it back out. Maybe I can muster the patience to deal with this tomorrow.I very much regret this purchase.

I wish I had tested this out before having it professionally installed. It's not a good camera and here's why, you can't look up time and dates of the recording, so if you need to see something that happened on Monday at 9:00am you can't. If you just want to see the view from the back it's hard to find and again you can't do a day or time search. The quality is okay but still can't make everything out especially at night. I'm totally disappointed and it cost me over a hundred dollars to have it installed. Wasted money

The timer the video is great installation of you have a normal vehicle I guess it would work I have an SUV I had to make a little adjustments to it and after I did that it was great I really like this camera I would recommend this to people all the time the screen is perfect for any inside of vehicle it's small enough where it's not blocking any Vision that you need to see in front of you and it alerts the right away when somebody touches your car record it I love that part of it it's just a really good system for what the price was I do it again
