The only reason I’m withholding a star is that the knife looses its sharpness relatively quickly. Not a huge deal as I just sharpen before use. But I wish I didn’t have to do that before every single usage.

Great find for the money. Slices through large cuts of meat with ease. Makes my steaks look like they came prepped from the butcher shop. Very durable so far. I have bigger hands and the handle fits comfortably for me but my wife also says it works well for her smaller hands.

Of your used to using the standard sharp point filled knife than you need to definitely try this knife. Once I purchased this there was no going back to my standard knife. The front cutting edge slides along the bones effortlessly. It is razor sharp and keeps its edge. This is a commercial quality knife that will last you forever. Don't knock it till you've tried it and once you do you'll never use anything else to fillet with!

Die besten Filetiermesser die ich je hatte. Extrem scharf, sehr ergonomish und der Preis ist für diese Qualität überragend! Hatte auch schon Messer, die um einiges teurer waren. Keines davon war do gut wie dieses! Würde ich jederzeit wieder kaufen!
