It’s nice and has space for all you need.

There are a lot of these SOAP journals on Amazon, and I like many of them -- especially for the messsages on the front that specify that it's a SOAP journal -- but not ONE of them is spiral! It's really a pain to have binding on these -- you end up bending the pages back, the backside is hard to write on, and it's unsightly. I actually stopped using this and went to a local home store and found a pretty spiral notebook that I'm using instead. I'd pay to have a spiral SOAP journal.
