Bad tasting
Hated the texture. Mixed with lemon and still yucky to me. Decide for yourself.

Unexpected sour taste
It’s sour and already sweetened. I didn’t know and sweetened you my coffee to make Japanese coffee jello. After tasting the gelatin soaking in liquid, I had to remake the coffee minus the sugar.And oddly had a sour taste which interferes with my coffee taste. It may work for fruity flavors though. Otherwise the directions are pretty clear and it makes a great jello texture, not too firm, not too soft, it was just right with the right amount of bounce.

Using it in keto bread & tortillas made with almond, coconut & cauliflower flour (fleur floor follower ;-) ). Works fine as a gluten replacement.
