This ashcan saves me a ton of time when it comes to cleaning my grill for a new cook. I recommend it to anyone who is interested in being able to clean a grill without just scraping ashes and other remnants from previous cooks out.

Keeps the ash together for easy removal

I use the BGE a lot, and this makes removal of ash a snap! It fits perfectly underneath the ash grate, and is easily removed by the wire handle. Air flow is essential to any ceramic cooker, so excess ash should be removed every 2-3 cooks. This makes that task much easier than the scrape method I was doing before. Simply lift the basket out, dump the ash (preferably in your garden!) and the replace the basket. Highly recommend.

The ash bucket mounts for the handle sticks up above the bucket and will not allow the charcoal basket sit straight It causes it to lean over far enough for charcoalto fall between it and the eggs fire box. Buy a kickàsh basket instead.leaking to one side far enough for lump charcoal to fall between it and the eggs inner wall. Very poor design. Buy a kickash basket instead, its works a lot better.

Great product but does not fit a Primo Round, in fact nearly none of the available will fit on a Primo Round.
