Timmur is NOT Szechuan!
Don't get me wrong, I like Szechuan peppercorns. It's just that Timmur tastes markedly, wonderfully different to the super Szechuan. The Timmur peppercorns I received from this vendor arrived fast, in excellent condition and was quickly put to use with the expected result. My Nepali curries are now worthy of the nameA Thousand Thanks ๐ ๐
