Good for allergens
I swapped to this from another reputable brand. The tablets are smaller and easier to swallow plus vegan gluten free.

Amazing
I started taking these to help with loose skin after drastic weight loss as surgery is not an option I'm prepared to take.I've dropped 3 clothes sizes, have been taking them 10 months. Can't believe the difference. Also combined with iron and vitamin C as these are the raw materials for type 1 collagen. These can be a little hard on the stomach. I unfortunately have been sick a couple of times. Not recommended after alcohol consumption. Skip a day, I mean it, skip the day. Nothing cute about getting violently sick all over a bus and the people around you.

It's a supplement..
It is a copper supplement to help with iron absorption. Not taken it long enough to say more. No further bloodtests done to prove it's value.

Good product
Good product the inly downside is the fact that it melts in your mouth before you drink water and the taste is a bit bitter.

Just what I needed
I have had muscle aches from the left buttocks all the way down to the nerves in my left leg. Some call it sciatica but I don’t consent to that name. The problem has recently reoccurred and in spite of taking multi vitamins and minerals, the problem has got worse. The one thing I have not been taking is copper vitamins. Most of the over the counter ones are mainly chalk based with a sprinkling of copper sulphate. However, from my research, Copper Bisglycinate is a safer form of copper than the sulphate variety and copper aids your body to absorb other vitamins and minerals.I received this product yesterday and after a breakfast, I took 2 tablets (not recommended- daily dosage is 1 per day). The muscle aches appears less than it was but that might be in my imagination, but we will see how it goes.
