will this get my rabbit to eat hay? (he dosen't eat hay at all)

My rabbit wouldn't eat his hay for the first week and a half I had him and I tried a couple of different Timothy hays in the area. I finally tried this kind and he was instantly intrigued by the wonderful smell, and loved it right away. Gets excited every time he hears me crinkle the bag now.

can i feed this all the time to young guinea pig?
