Order was fine. It seems like everytime I oder this it is missing something. Are gloves and the plastic cap not provided anymore.

It is super hard for me to find a plant based color product for my mom, she’s easy to get allergy and even went to urgent care for some chemical hair color product. I would say this is the one my mom able to use it for couple years without any issue.

I've been using this product for many years with no issues. However, the henna within bottle Lot Number L0422038382, V04/2024, was very watery and didn't hold its color after application. It also didn't smell fresh compared to the other bottles within the package. It's beyond the return date but I'll try to do so anyway (for at least a one bottle replacement). Has anyone else experienced this after purchasing? I have one bottle left and hoping it's okay after application - it doesn't have an odor and seems thicker after shaking the bottle. The lot number on that bottle is L0723039126, V07/2026. I'm beyond disappointed. I really love this product so not sure if the quality issue was caused by the manufacture or the seller. Going forward, for bulk purchases, I'm going to open every bottle and check the product's quality before the expiration date.

I love this product for a lot of reasons: covers grays well as long as I leave it on for hours (which I don't mind), no itching or burning like I've had with other home and salon products, and my hair feels stronger and looks healthier after use. I am thinking about switching to something else now, though, because I find that the water the drips after washing still has a tinge of color many shampoos later. It makes me nervous to wear lighter color tops, go out in the rain, or swim. Does anyone else have this issue?
