Modern TV Stand, Wood Media Console with 4 Drawers, Soild Wooden, White, 50"

Overall, I really like the look of this stand. I was looking for something that had character and wasn’t to large for the space I have in my living room and that wasn’t going to cost me a ton of $. I feel like the size is perfect and I really liked that the doors slide so you can adjust it to the look you prefer. However, there were some cons.. 1st, the directions I don’t feel were that great in actually guiding you, 2nd, a few of the screws just seemed like they did not want to get tight and last there are no pre-drilled holes for a few of the things you add to this stand.. so you have to eyeball it based on the picture in the directions and be sure to not press to hard. Other than those few things it’s a pretty solid affordable stand that looks great in my living room. It also arrived un-damaged.

The final product is what I was expecting. But putting it together was no easy task. I specifically chose this because everyone was ranting and raving about how “simple” and “easy” it was to put together. Either I’m stupid or everyone else is a master carpenter because this thing took me 3 days to put together. I put the bottom on wrong twice somehow, put the front board on the back, never really figured out how that was supposed to go because I started just using random screws to secure it? and I didn’t put any securing brackets in because i couldn’t figure it out, but I finally got it together. Every day i had it sitting in the very front room so as soon as I came home from work, the bar, the grocery store, wherever, I was haunted by this project I needed to finish as that was the only way I knew I could muster up the motivation to finish it. If your looking for something to do with your time, maybe picking up an extra hobby on the weekends, this tv stand is for YOU. I wasn’t expecting it to be such a task so I can say I’m happy it’s over and finished but I still have extra pieces I will hope aren’t that important. It looks decent enough though. I just felt I should warn others before Embarking on such a quest.

I work daily with my hands. I’m pretty capable of building things on my own. This unit however was not so simple. The directions are not well planned out or readable (print is way too tiny).All in all, what initially seemed unstuffy, became decent upon the full build. I decided to use wood glue on the backing instead of 30 screws. I used about 16 screws to seal it with the glue applied. I believe this made is far more sturdy.Unit looks good and overall I’m pleased with its functionality.

Updated review: the seller saw my review below and proactively reached out and provided additional information that wasn’t clear in the instructions to assist me in putting the product together in a stable way. The instructions aren’t great, so make sure you screw in the red anchor screw things so that they will expand and stay in place. That wasn’t clear and customer service was great in helping me. Changed to 5 stars.I don’t think I’ve ever written a review on Amazon before but wanted to warn folks about this product. As other reviewers have mentioned, the final product is unstable and falls apart because the mechanism for screwing the pieces together literally doesn’t work. I have no idea how other people are sharing pictures of this product with TVs on it because this won’t stay together in any stable way. I’ll be taking it apart (which will be easy because none of the pieces really attached) and sending it back. Too bad because it looks like it could be really pretty and the wood is good quality. 😔

Make sure you read ALL instructions! My daughter and I have assembled many furniture products before, never having any issues. This one was a bit different, but we did get it. Came out nice in the end.

Overall it's a good product I'd like to recommend to friends and family members who have have this need. Looks great and is fairly steady, and most importantly it's worth your dollars for having it in your living room.

It's very affordable but unfortunately it shows. Only if you look close enough at it though. In general, I am loving the way it looks in our living room. It's very sturdy, was easy to following the instructions to put together.

Its a great looking piece but its warped and 3 places on it are cracked/broken.
