HyperKewl Evaporative Cooling Female Deluxe Sport Vest Silver

I gave this vest 2 stars because it looks good, fits well and is comfortable. However, It did not keep me cool. I really, really wanted this vest to work as I am very heat intolerant. I read all the reviews and had high hopes that this would work. I soaked it as directed, even put ice in the water. When I put it on, it felt great. After about 15 minutes the vest felt warm and so did I. I finally had to open the zipper to let some air in. I have tried it four times and it was the same each time. I would have returned it but I ordered it several months ago and it didn't get hot enough here to use it until just lately. So, now I am stuck with it. I guess I will wear it with jeans as a fashion statement. I am really so very disappointed.
